Rental Qualifications

  1. Income must be at least 3 times rental amount. (For Example if rent is $700 per month your must gross $2100
  2. You must be in good standing with utility companies and previous landlords.
  3. Full Application must be completed
  4. Copies of your last six (6) Pay Stubs
  5. Applicants must not have any prior evictions.
  6. Applicants will shall have a Credit, Background and Eviction check preformed.
