At Twenty One Doors we love pets and if we can accommodate your pets at are rental units we will….. are pet policy is as follows.
1.We will need proper identification, licenses and vaccinations of your pets.
2. Max 40lb Weight Limit
3. Certain Breeds are restricted.
4. Non Refundable $350 Pet fee
5. $35 per month per pet.
6. Max of 2 pets per household.
Pet Owner Responsibility
- Waste Removal
- Supervision
- Dog Owners Liability Insurance
- Sound Control.
We also require renters insurance with our properties.
